We are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2026, the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office will offer expedited processing for eligible filings to ensure quick review.
Fees for this service are per document and are in addition to any standard statutory filing fees:
- Same-Day Service: $1,400.00 per document. Must be received at the Secretary of State’s office by 12:00 noon MT on a business day.
- Next-Business-Day Service: $700.00 per document. Must be received at the Secretary of State’s office by 5:00 p.m. MT on a business day.
Corp1 will manage the expedited Wyoming filing process on your behalf. Documents must be received in our office no later than 11am for Same-Day service and 3:30 PM for Next Business Day service.
Please note that some filings are not eligible for expedited filing:
- Filings that can be completed online (e.g., annual reports, initial formations, UCC/EFS filings)
- Trademark applications and registrations
- Securities filings or any document requiring inter-agency approval (e.g., proposed name approvals from the Department of Education and Division of Banking)
- Any other document as determined by the Secretary of State’s Office.
It is important to note that expedited statutory service guarantees priority examination of your document within the committed time period, but it does not guarantee approval or acceptance of the filing. If the filing is rejected and not corrected, the expedited fee is nonrefundable. The fee compensates for priority examination.
