Who We Are

Our core values are Positivity, Trust, Relationships, Accountability, and Growth, and we apply those principles in every interaction and order.

At Corp1, we are not just another business in the world of service providers. We are an organization focused and compelled to exemplary service by the core values established by our founder, Kelly, and our committed management team. Throughout our offices and network of agents in the US, we hold true to the values of Trust, Positivity, Collaboration, and Empowerment. Together, they represent our beliefs and what we hold dear in our service delivery. We strive to stand out by adhering to these personal values.

What Makes Us Different?

We recognize that convenience and efficiency are of utmost importance to our clients, however, we refuse to compromise on the human aspect that binds our clients to our team and ultimately defines our brand. At Corp1, we’re proud to be distinct in the following ways:

No automated or robotic phone attendant: You won’t be met with automated responses or website chatbots when contacting us. Instead, you’ll connect with real people eager to assist you.
No multi-office call transfer: Say goodbye to navigating endless automated phone menus. At Corp1, an actual and experienced individual will answer your call and ensure you receive the service you deserve.
No online order form to complete: We don’t believe in offering you empty online order forms. When you place an order, we ensure you receive the service you need while on the phone and deliver continuous support throughout your project or order.
No assembly line order processing: Unlike other service providers that treat your orders like items on an assembly line, we take a more personal approach. Each order is handled from start to finish by the same dedicated individual.

Getting to Know Us

As a customer, we want you to get to know us as we build our professional relationship. Take a moment to compare this “Who We Are” page to those of other companies, and you’ll quickly see the difference. At Corp1, we are real, and we are here for you. Many competitors have websites without any means to connect with a real person, leaving you in the dark. We believe in transparency and openness. We actually welcome it.

Our People, Your Service

We trust that the strength of our company lies in its people, and at Corp1, we have assembled the best. Our team is not just dedicated to providing services; they are committed to providing a personal touch. Unlike our competitors, who hand you off to various departments throughout the ordering process or pass you off to interact with sales teams, we do things differently.

How We Work

The Corporate Specialist at the onset of your request is the same person who will take care of your order until it is complete. We identify and embrace the value of continuity and consistency and ensure that your needs are met by someone who knows your order inside out.

Corp1 is not just a company; we are a cohesive unit that cares about your experience. We invite you to experience the Corp1 difference and get to know us as we serve you. We sincerely thank you for allowing us to be your service provider of choice.
