Kelly has been in the legal profession for 30 years, the last 21 of which have been in the corporate services industry. She started her career as a litigation paralegal with various Denver and Kansas City law firms, specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability law. She served in the Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserves as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician on the C-130 aircraft and served overseas in Operation Desert Storm in 1990.

She has been very active in local and national affairs within the legal profession. She served on the Delaware Supreme Court’s Board on Professional Responsibility hearing attorney discipline matters and is currently on the Colorado Supreme Court’s Character and Fitness Committee reviewing bar applications. She served on the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) for three years. In July 1996, she was among the first paralegals to receive NFPA’s PACE Registered Paralegal (RP) designation.
Kelly served on the Board of Directors of the industry association National Public Records Research Association (NPRRA), for six years and served as President from 2010-2011. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce for four years and as Chairman of the Board in 2011.
She received an AAS degree in Legal Assistant from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado, and a BA in Journalism with a minor in Paralegal Studies from The Metropolitan State University of Denver. Kelly has boy-girl twins who were born in 2001. Her favorite activities are downhill snow skiing in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado and riding her motorcycle (BMW K1600 GT) with friends. Kelly has been on the Mountain Safety Patrol (a non-medical arm of ski patrol) with the Copper Mountain ski resort since 2011.

Cindy has been in the industry for over 30 years! She began her journey with CT Corporation 31 years ago for 11 years and fell in love with her work, then moved on to NRAI for 19 years, mainly because it was closer to home. She joined us at Corp1 in August 2020. She feels privileged and proud to work for Corp1, and we are lucky to have her on the team. Through the years, she has tried to learn as much as possible to assist clients with the highest quality of service. Cindy is married and loves to spend time with her grandchildren.

Amanda began her career in the corporate services industry at LexisNexis in May 2001, where she first met and worked with Kelly. Over the next 16 ½ years, she built a strong foundation supporting clients at various Delaware Commercial Registered Agents. In December 2017, she took a four-year break to explore an opportunity outside the field but ultimately found herself drawn back to the work she loves and knows best, returning to the industry in 2021.
Amanda has now come full circle, reconnecting with Kelly at Corp1. She brings a diverse background spanning all aspects of registered agent, corporate, and UCC services. This, combined with her marketing and sales support experience, allows her to approach client needs with both technical expertise and a broader strategic perspective.
Billy DeNapoli

Billy brings over 36 years of experience in the corporate services industry, with a strong background in Sales, Client Service, and Business Development. He began his career with Kaufman & Harlow, Inc., and continued with CSC following its acquisition of K&H. He later joined Baystate Corporate Services, Inc., and later transitioned to CT Corporation following its acquisition of Baystate.
Billy went on to work with Precision Corporate Services and, after its acquisition of PCS, with Registered Agent Solutions (RASI). He retired in 2025 after a long and successful career. In April 2026 Billy was excited to reconnect with his longtime friend Kelly, who had opened the Boston office of Corp1. Motivated by the opportunity, he returned to the industry to help grow Corp1’s presence in the Boston market.
A Boston native, Billy enjoys traveling with his family, particularly to warm weather destinations.
Tanya Edis

Tanya is a Colorado native but lived in Wyoming for some time before coming back! She has been a Public Notary since 2020 and for 11 years was in the mortgage lending world. She has experience reviewing loan documents and completing mobile mortgage refinance and purchase closings. Tanya has two cuddly dogs and four boys and loves yoga, reading, and spending time with her family.

Nomso joined Corp1 in July 2025 as a success partner. He is a Suffolk Law School graduate and has held previous roles as a junior attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, and dispute specialist. Outside of his career, he is an avid basketball player and sports enthusiast. In this position, Nomso is excited to learn and grow in this industry while using some of his legal background to add value to the team.

Shannon has been a Nevada Branch Manager for firms in our industry since 2014 and is excited to bring that expertise to Corp1’s clients. She has experience in corporate, registered agent, and Uniform Commercial Code services, and is known for excellent management skills that ensure top performance in employee tasks and goals. Her extensive knowledge of how to navigate, file, and retrieve client documentation from various online state agency databases adds expertise to our expansion plans. Shannon has years of experience researching and retrieving documents, creating and delivering reports, resolving client issues, and meeting client timeframes and demands.
Possessing strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills makes her a welcome addition to our team. Shannon graduated from Western Washington University with a BA degree in Cultural Anthropology and took wilderness first aid training at Lake Tahoe Community College.

Karen (f/k/a Karen Elliott) entered the industry in 2005 with LexisNexis Document Solutions. She worked for several Delaware service companies (Incorporating Services Ltd and Capitol Services). She later took an “in-house” position at a major corporation before realizing she missed serving the clients she had spent years building relationships with. Karen joined Corp1 because of the values it places on staff and its commitment to quality of service.

Keith has worked for the federal government for the last 17 years as a Senior Auditor for the US Dept of Homeland Security and Audit Manager for the National Science Foundation. Keith has a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Jones International University.
Glenda Hallett

Glenda (The Good Witch) has been in the industry for over 40 years. She spent 20 years with Incorporating Services Ltd, then a brief time at Parasec, before helping Kelly start and build Corp1, Inc. in 2011. Glenda has remained Kelly’s “right hand” and, at times, her left hand as well ever since. Glenda has been married to “the perfect husband,” Scott, since God brought them together forever ago.

Emily is back working with Corp1 on the Finance team after a year-long internship with a small CPA firm in Texas and another year-long project as an in-house staff accountant for a shipping firm. Emily is still pursuing her accounting degree part-time at the University of Colorado Denver campus. Her goal is to earn her BA in Accounting and then her CPA certification. (Emily is also Kelly’s daughter.)
Nicholas Heubel

Nicholas is a New Jersey native and graduated from Commonwealth University – Bloomsburg with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management in May, 2024. He attended college on a partial baseball scholarship as a pitcher. He worked for Enterprise Mobility and rose to Assistant Branch Rental Manager in just shy of 2 years. Nicholas answered Kelly’s call for help on Corp1’s growing Finance team in June 2026 and is excited to learn all about this industry.
