Good Standing Certificate - An official certificate from the state of incorporation indicating the company is active and in Good Standing. Useful for opening bank accounts and applying for loans or credit.
Certified Copy - An official certificate from the state of incorporation attached to the copy of the certificate of incorporation used as evidence of the company’s existence. Required for Apostilles or Legalizations for use in foreign countries. Also useful for opening bank accounts and applying for loans or credit.
Apostille - An internationally recognized document affixed to any corporate record, like a Good Standing or Certified Copy, used to validate its authenticity for use in foreign countries. Apositlles can only be used in countries participating in the Hague Convention.
Fees vary by jurisdiction and type of document ordered.
