We are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2026, the Wyoming Secretary of State's Office will offer expedited processing for eligible filings to ensure quick review. Fees for this service are per document and are in addition to any standard statutory filing fees: Same-Day Service: $1,400.00 per document.
