Management Retreat and Client-Centered 2025 Strategy & Planning
At Corp1, we pride ourselves on being more than service providers. We’re strategic partners delivering solutions that align with our clients’ needs. Each October, over the Indigenous People’s Day weekend, we meet as a management team and honestly review our performance for the current year and how we can improve going forward.
We bring together thought leaders and subject matter experts to challenge our thinking and shape our future direction. This collaborative discussion has historically been the birthplace of our most successful innovations, from new products to strategic expansions into new markets. We emerge with renewed purpose and a clear vision for the year ahead.
Corp1 Expands into New Mexico
Client feedback guides our growth strategy. In August, we responded by opening a strategic location in New Mexico, as detailed in this press release:

The Corporate Transparency Act
We began discussing the Corporate Transparency Act and the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) in November 2023. By offering Corporate Transparency Act and Annual Report Filings powered by SingleFile, we have assisted hundreds of clients with their filings and avoided penalty fees.
