Delaware Division of Corporations Update

Signs that the economy may be back on the upswing -- Delaware Division of Corporations announces a 15.5% growth in new entity formations during FY 2010. There are now 909,000 active Delaware entities after adding 118,000 new entities in FY 2010 according to Rick Geisenberger, Chief Deputy Secretary of State and Director of Corporations.
